[3,281 of 4,970] Noblegarden

 3/16/24: Planning.

1. Do seasonal/ one-time things like AOTC, Hearthstone event etc.

2. Do WQs that pop up with WQAchievement.

3. Do things with a long timegating, like Loamm digsites (only 3 per week, need 50).

4. Do one-time things that need a group if there is a group active.

5. Do the monthly Trading Post.

6. Do the weekly quests if relevant.

7. Work on a specific section, like "pets" and try to complete 100% of that section.

8. Do other achievements when I am close to them (ATT)/ am bored.

Aim for 3 achievements per day to get everything cleared in a year. 3 is a lot - I've averaged one per day so far.

3/17/24: More Heathstone events plus some work on pet achievements - various Aquatic, Beast, Critter etc. I also started working on [An Awfully Big Adventure] since I needed Trunks for one of the strats.

I paid 140k for a 9/9 Heroic run:

 I finished the Hearthstone achievement:

3/18/24: A quick WoD timewalking dungeon for the 500 Timewarped Badges and then I started on some world quests. WQAchievemnts pointed out another fishing quest I needed as well as pointing out that I needed Whiplash in Stormsong Valley to complete [Adventurer of Stormsong Valley]!

Next up: Collections > Dragon Isle Drakes. My plan is to work through each of these and gather all that I can find so I know which ones I still need.

3/20/24: [Just One More Thing]!

[When a Rock Is Just a Rock]!

3/21/24: So I've been working on Drake features like different scales and armor and stuff. I picked up twenty of them with Inscription crafting orders. It looks like several are tied to completing flying races so I'm going to get started on those now. First up is [Walking Shores Advanced: Gold] https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=15929/waking-shores-advanced-gold#comments

3/31/24: I missed Super Squirt Day due to work, so my plan of doing the pet achievements is out. Fortunately, a new achievement has been released to do most of Dragonflight: https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=19458/a-world-awoken

I've done quite a lot of this already so it's what I plan on working on for the rest of the xpac.

4/3/24: I got the Noblegarden mount (1% drop rate) on the first attempt!

I also picked up [Quacked Killer]

Remember to Share (300 Toys)!

This one has taken a while. I finally picked up 300 toys (and thus the mount for the achievement) after starting to seriously work on my Archaeology achievements for the first time. I've been doing the fortnightly Legion archaeology quests for a while (and thus had 800 skill) but I completely ignored this profession in earlier expansions as it seemed seriously boring. With some knowledge and a good addon, it's much better however. Some tips if you're just starting to work on archaeology: 1. Download the "Archy" addon. This addon does several things: first, it shows you the location and completion status of all digsites in the current continent. Second, it automatically sets the closes one as a waypoint for TomTom. Third, it indicates when it's possible to solve an artifact with and without a keystone, so you don't have to constantly check your archaeology screen. On top of that, the distance indicator shows when you are in the correct range from your ...

Beta update - best achievement EVER!

It probably won't make it to live. But check out this feat of strength from the beta:

A Song of Wind and Water

I've been working on Oracles and Ogri'la rep every day and have about four days to go. One thing I've noticed about these older daily quests is that there is little provision for high-level players that one-shot everything. Two quests in particular stand out as being annoying until you learn the high-level trick. The first is Banish More Demons in Blade's Edge. This involves placing a portal on the ground then killing demons within a few feet of the portal. The portal has a one-minute cooldown and you need fifteen demons. It was a slow exercise in frustration because kiting further-away demons was difficult sue to all my abilities one-shotting them before they got near. In the end, I learned to use the Shaman's "Purge" ability to aggro mobs without killing them and pull them close to the portal. The second, and more annoying, quest that isn't scaled for high-level players is the Ogri-la's Song of Wind and Water .  This involves weakening ...
