20 measly achievement points for getting 5 grindy reps to exalted. It doesn't really seem worth it :)

All 5 are a grind and I suggest getting a friend or three to power through all the heroics. My biggest complaint was KoT where, aside from two dungeon quests, all the rep needs to come from a pair of very slow dungeons, neither of which can be mass-pulled.

Having the signet ring of the kirin tor achievement from earlier made this a little easier - port to Dalaran and then port to Tanaris from there.

I'm glad these are over with.

In other news, I've started doing the Molten Front quests and achievements in earnest as well as finishing up my cooking - I need 6 more recipes for the 200 total. Flying to TB every day to check the daily is tiresome too :)

Finally, I've started grinding archaeology. Not much to say here, you all know how long it takes. Blah.

This one has taken a while. I finally picked up 300 toys (and thus the mount for the achievement) after starting to seriously work on my Archaeology achievements for the first time. I've been doing the fortnightly Legion archaeology quests for a while (and thus had 800 skill) but I completely ignored this profession in earlier expansions as it seemed seriously boring. With some knowledge and a good addon, it's much better however. Some tips if you're just starting to work on archaeology: 1. Download the "Archy" addon. This addon does several things: first, it shows you the location and completion status of all digsites in the current continent. Second, it automatically sets the closes one as a waypoint for TomTom. Third, it indicates when it's possible to solve an artifact with and without a keystone, so you don't have to constantly check your archaeology screen. Beta update - best achievement EVER!

It probably won't make it to live. But check out this feat of strength from the beta:

8/4/24: [Into the Storm]! I FINALLY had this one pop after over a month of waiting. 8/21/24: Taivan! I finished this with less than a day before TWW came out. 8/28/24: Lots of TWW achievements. I got 80 after three days and maxed out enchanting and did the campaign up until it's blocked. 9/12/24: [Sojourner of Azj-Kahet]! This one took a fair bit of time but was generally fun to do. I'm going to work on the other ones now, zone by zone. 10/20/24: [Loremaster of Khaz Algar]!
